Mission: Mapping
We were split into groups of five between the two major projects, which was the Chess Park and the Beerhall. The volunteers were also split up to assist us on our projects. We were given the task of doing some sort of mapping so that we may gain a better understanding of the sites we were working on. we mapped movement, existing elements, views, existing walkways, boulders, rocks, activities, surveillence and interviewed people living close to the park and those who used the park. The purpose of the mapping was to assist us in locating our interventions within context.
