Mood: OK

Song in mind: Boys 2 Men-One sweet day

Site: Businesses

Mission: Sell Advertising space

At times one thinks that we are at Wits to study architecture, however, I was completely mistaken as this morning I saw Kuras, my paired project partner exposing his gorilla warfare salesman skills-he is to be recommended to the FBI or Scorpion. Perhaps I missed the gorilla-warfare salesman tactics workshop at Wits. I enjoyed interacting with business men and women from Kwa-Thema, though we were mistaken for photographers most of the time. I suggested to Kuras that we could seriously start our own photo business in Kwa-Thema, but he refused.

we spoke to the Mr. Mthunye who owns mthunye Cafe, which is a general dealer and a butchery with a chisa ‘nyama next to it. Our next victims were a couple of young guys who own a furniture repair shop and last but not least Joseph’s tyre replacement shop fell prey to us.

Throughout the research, we were assisted by a curious second year architectural student who was wondering what on God’s green earth we are doing in kwa-Thema.
